I used the service for cervical and breast cancer screening. Many patients are immigrants who cannot speak English, and I am one of them. Although I was told over the phone that an interpreter could not be called, during the actual consultation, the interpreter was able to call in. Everybody else on here was right. Avoid this place if you can help it with your insurance. I've had my time wasted onseveral different occasions and told incorrect information that was important to pregnancy and appointments with Quest.
I was weary of the negative reviews, but still wanted to give this place a chance. I'm so so glad that I did, my experience here was nothing but positive and I felt so welcomed! I had no issues with any of the staff, everyone was very friendly and professional. I saw Dr. LaValley and she was absolutely amazing! Сказали, что приходите с переводчиком и мы с вами возиться не хотим!
