I just want to visit due to health concerns, yet the receptionist wants to ask 500 questions instead of just scheduling an appointment with the actual doctor. I’m not sure why there were so many personal questions asked by her unless she was a medical assistant but it made me very uncomfortable. Hopefully next time I try to book someone else will be able to help.
This office is completely useless. Asking for help. I am struggling to conceive and many times I've had asked to help. Still they do not listen and will not help get medication. Nothing at all. They are crazy.
Camellia Women’s Health is such a welcoming place. The front desk staff treated us with respect, the nurses were kind, and Dr. Willsey was just amazing. He made us feel at ease, took the time to answer all our questions, and showed genuine care. The whole team went above and beyond in making sure we felt comfortable and supported. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent care.
From the moment we walked in, the reception team greeted us with such warmth and respect. The nurses were attentive and kind, making us feel comfortable the whole time. Dr. Willsey was absolutely wonderful—compassionate, patient, and truly caring. It’s rare to find a doctor who listens so well and explains everything clearly. We felt very well taken care of here and are so grateful for the experience.
