The most unprofessional doc-in-the-box. My wife is pregnant with twins and they've made her wait 2 hours for a problem they caused and then don't properly schedule follow up appointments, causing high risk pregnancies to be rescheduled. Not the cleanest location either and no professional attitude.
You Can’t get ahold of anyone when you need a refill on prescriptions, I’ve been calling for 3 days, and the front desk just transfers you & says to leave a voicemail? Useless. You can’t bring kids to the office older than 6 months which is difficult to manage sometimes. And you’re always waiting over an hour for your appointment
I just want to visit due to health concerns, yet the receptionist wants to ask 500 questions instead of just scheduling an appointment with the actual doctor. I’m not sure why there were so many personal questions asked by her unless she was a medical assistant but it made me very uncomfortable. Hopefully next time I try to book someone else will be able to help.
This office is completely useless. Asking for help. I am struggling to conceive and many times I've had asked to help. Still they do not listen and will not help get medication. Nothing at all. They are crazy.
