Very Rude staff and disrespectful and ignoring , Automatic cancel appointment make new , so please don’t come here ,
Some of the doctors try to help on my issues that I've been having due to my pregnancy which is the only reason it gets more than 1 star, however one scheduling receptionist is super rude and sounded very egotistical, saying things along the lines of "do you work at a doctors office? No? So how do you know your insurance is active" and then was arguing with me about what I was seeing on the website for a few minutes until finally telling me it takes 48 hours for it to show up as active on their site. This clinic destroyed my health. I spoke with the doctor and I told her that I would like to get on birth control and have rheumatoid arthritis .So she told me it was safe to have the IUD mirena inserted. After that I started having the worst flairs that I have never experienced in my life before. I have never had a flare before this. Even putting me in the ER due to extreme flair a week later. I had good experience here good doctors and staff. For 9 months I came here and everyone were always sweet. God bless you all Thank you for successful c-section! Baby boy loves you guys!
The facility was clean, and staff was professional and welcoming. Dr I saw, I didn't catch her name but she listened to my concern and gave many alternative options for treatment and answered my questions. Did not feel judged, I felt heard and cared for.
