They charged us $400 when moving out even after we cleaned EVERYTHING. Maybe not the cob webs on the fans ? They tried to bill us for the burns on the carpet. And the video posted below? Our fridge and store weren’t that updated even after we tried get them to put in new carpet and took pictures reminding us that it was there when we moved in. And yes our dog chewed up the blinds so I obviously get that. But the rest? I think they took pictures from previous year and sent them to us sayin this is what we cleaned. Idk. Also t... read more

Business response:

Blake, we are sorry to hear that after six months, you would not recommend the community to others. That being said. We appreciate that you have taken the time to provide us with a little feedback. Unfortunately, covering the cost of post-move-out cleaning with security deposits is a fairly ubiquitous practice in the multi-family housing industry. If you would like further clarification as to why you were charged, you are always welcome to give us a call. Regardless, we wish you all the best in the future.

Come live at Camellia trace if you want to pay 1300+ a month to live in a dump that should be condemned for mildew and black mold. For the last 3 months of our stay our ceiling was so bad from the 5 water leaks we had within the year that it looked like it was going to actually cave in. Staff would just have contractors come in and paint over it. Anyone interested in more pictures and videos of how disgusting the apartments are just shoot me a message! 🤢😷

We’ve lived here for five years now, and I’ve loved it since moving here. It’s the best apartment complex to live in.

Everyone in the office is very caring, and understanding. They are very professional in dealing with their residents. They always handle any concerns right then and there and make sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. Also, I love how they recognize our kids, especially with fixing them breakfast for the first day of school. This is the best place I’ve ever lived!!
