I took my daughter to Dr.Korn to get an assessment of her jaw pain to figure out if it was the gums or TMJ. Heard about him through Reddit. He spent some time talking to us but honestly we felt a bit schmoozed. He was trying to convince us that the thousands of dollars he wanted us to spend to figure out the cause was “an investment” rather than a cost. I had 3 gum grafts done at another office in April of 2024. When I saw my primary dentist in September of 2024, he was surprised to find out that I had gum grafts done at all because my gums didn't look any different. He told me I needed to go back to a periodontist to be seen. I refused to go back to the same periodonist that had done these initial grafts. I began researching and quickly found Dr. Korn. I have been a patient of Dr Korn for a few years now. Recently, I had to have gum surgery due to recessed gums. Today I saw Dr Korn for my re-check, and I told him that I couldn't even tell that he had taken tissues from the roof of my mouth! The roof of my mouth feels as smooth as silk!! The entire experience was great, the procedure took less than 30 min. Thank you ♥️
Not a patient but former employee, Dr Matt Korn is the single worst employer I have ever worked for, from little to no benefits or time off provided, his horrible attitude and demeanor when speaking to his employee, to his lack of care or respect for health and safety regulations. In the 65 days I worked for Dr. Korn he went through 6 employees including his office manager and whole clinical team. None of these employees were fired, 3 left due to fear of losing their dental licenses because of Dr Korn’s lack of health safety... read more
Had three gum grafting sessions with Dr. Korn and everything was great. I was initially afraid of the pain and recovery but it was a lot of worry over nothing; the actual surgeries are no more uncomfortable than a routine teeth cleaning and for the recovery, I could barely even tell I had surgery.
