I visited today around 3:40p. While looking for nail colors I was greeted by a technician who asked what I was looking to get done, and if I had picked a color. I advised I needed a soak off and a full set put on. I also showed him the color I wanted, he spoke it back to me, grabbed the polish, and I was guided back to his station.
