On September 20, 2021 this company contacted me per the VA hospital that they would be making arrangements to care for my dad. On Sept 21, they contacted me and said they would be calling me later in the afternoon to set up a time they would be coming to “register” my dad. On September 22 I contacted this facility to advise them that my dad was not verbally responding to me and that EMT’S were here to check on him. Great place they took great care of my mom before she passed away the nurse was there with us to comfort us an made sure my mom was comfortable an no pain during her time I will forever hold a special place in my heart for her nurse she cried with us an huge an wiped tears from our eyes Thanks you all
So far I'm not feeling very good about this company. Hopefully after the next few visits I'll have a better review.
After using Camellia, I wouldn't use any other. We had 5 different RN's and speech therapist, taking care of my father inlaw, in our home. Every person, was extremely professional, kind, and actually cared about my father inlaw. There wasn't one expect of his month long care, that I would suggest to change. When I googled top Home Health Providers, they didn't even make the list. What a joke. This place is perfection at its best.
