I love Camellia Heath care! My Grandmother has never comfortable in a room with a male before & this is the first company I've used that has made her feel comfortable if I have to leave the room. One of the Physical Therapists is just amazing & she has asked "Is that man coming to do exercises with me today?" He ( & the rest of the therapy team) will ask her "Are you doing ok? My daughters tn care nursing hrs are thru Camellia outta Knoxville Tn 2 day Aug - 6-2016 makes the 26th missed shifts straight n they dnt seem 2 care I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY 2 ANY ONE that wants n needs nursing as u will b doin n Goin with out At 1st they was awesome n great but now I cnt say that they aren't even keeping me updated as 2 wat is Goin on I haven't spoke 2 any body from that office n over a mth Tn care is aware n are handling the problem I know the tn care my daughter has probably will not recommend Cam... read more
I had total knee replacement surgery 2 weeks ago in Jackson. I was discharged to home health physical therapy and there was a mix up/miscommunication on when I was going to be discharged. Camellia went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of the Saturday I got home. I had a nurse come by and drop off the info I needed and a PT, Bill Gill, came to me Saturday and got me started on my physical therapy. We just started using Camellia and I'm so pleased at the way they are helping my mom get better. Very professional but feels like family taking care of family!!!
