Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes

No, I was always attended to Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to

Took my three-year-old son there to have a cavity looked at. It was his first time at the dentist but the staff made him so comfortable that filling the tooth wasn't a problem. Very caring! Took their time to explain everything to him in terms he would understand. My son isn't passive, and if he was uneasy in any way, he would have been very vocal in letting us know!

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
