when you can never get ahold of the Hair Center much less a nurse's station or with your loved one that's residing there I tried calling 20 different times never gotten anywhere never got a response phone just Rings left several messages and no call backs about to check out the quality of care and the goal from there to there to Sonoma State Board of license and see what other complaints they might have on them

The care and compassion that each and every staff member have for all the patients. Much laughter and peace. The therapy staff are amazing. You can't go wrong

They treated my mom horribly. Neglected her. Call light was on for multiple hours. None of the nurses knew she just had back surgery this place is a complete joke and needs to be shut down. It’s gross and not cleaned. Will NEVER send anyone here again

Camelback post-acute is Under New Management from administrator all the way down to registered nurses and CNAs. I am the director of marketing there and I can tell you that a lot of things have changed in the last couple of months. We are aware of the shortcomings and we are fixing that as well as exceeding our scores with Medicare and just passed away with flying colors. I'm so sorry for the stories that I hear, but I believe in our new team. And just in the short time we have done wonders

Family of a terminally ill mother arriving from hospital told as they enter the room - the bed is broken, the call light does not work and she can only stay here two weeks. The room was hot. It was noisy even at night. Moved mother in less than 24 hours to a much more inviting and caring setting.

I am a caregiver, everytime I've gone there the elderly patients have stopped me to ask me for help. Of course if its something I can do I do it, if not I find a staff member. They're getting paid and the staff walk by them like they don't see or hear them.

Majority of staff really good, a few bad apples but overall not too bad. Smoking rules suck. Answering of call lights could be faster. Food: some good some horrific - not enough per plate.
