One staff member serving, at least 5 customers waiting. NO DOG rule very disappointing as we have a 14 year old Jack Russell we weren't about to leave alone in car so only one of us could enter store. My husband entered whilst I waited outside, husband Roger said not much choice in store and disappointed, used to be much better a few years ago. We went elsewhere.
Customer assistance is definitely a win. Wide range and selection of van products. Willing to source the parts/products you're in search for.
The young girl that served me was really grate but the old lady was rude
