I highly DO NOT recommend living at this particular Camden Yorktown Apartments. We lived in the Apartments for over 3 years and we loved it initially and the entire credit goes to Desirae Gwynn and her team. In fact, unfortunately, our Apartment got burglarized once and Desirae and her team were there to support us emotionally. However, things took a turn for worst when every single member from that team started to leave. Robbery started to happen more frequently, and the new team led by Veronica Moreno just did not CARE. Lived here for about 3 years and wanted to leave an HONEST review. We enjoyed our time at Camden. The office staff and maintenance are A+, and what makes this community stand out. They made my entire time living there smooth, and were always incredibly quick to respond to any issues. Also they host fun activities now and then which is great! Absolutely not! I moved out Dec 20, 2019 yet paid my full rent thru Jan 2020 and I have been hit up with a bill for items included in my monthly rent. Veronica is trying to hit me up for over $70 for Nov to Dec water and over $80 for Dec thru January water when the apartment was vacant. There are other items as well she is charging me for trash, sewer, pest control of which I didn’t request, something called a VCR and a home cleaning package of $150 yet there was no trash left in the apartment and the fridge, oven vent and b... read more

Today we complain again !!! and they just said keep complaining.... for how long !! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX , my boyfriend and I are living a nightmare here; upstairs neighbor is very disrespectful, throwing things around, jumping and running at day and late night fighting with the wife, TV extremely loud at night ( we even called the police ) and complaint with the management but the management have not done anything yet, my boyfriend complaints more than 10 times already. A pesar de que llevo muy poco tiempo viviendo en estos apartamentos mi experiencia ha sido sumamente excelente. Es un área muy tranquila y los alrededores son sumamente limpios y hermosos. La gerencia son muy amables y el personal de mantenimiento son excelentes. En algunas ocasiones he pedido mantenimiento para mi apartamento y ellos muy amablemente me han ayudado y resuelto el problema rápido. Recomiendo estos apartamentos para vivir 100%.
