Before surgery, I could not even walk a half-mile without much pain in my neck and upper back. Now I'm walking two-miles, doing 30 minutes on the elliptical and doing a light-weight work out. One thing I did find out is that I can't do pushups without pain, but I can live with that! My workout 5 days a week is 90 minutes. Every time I finish working out, I'm thankful to God and to Dr. Whitaker.
Dr. Whitaker and team have taken the time to listen to me and my concerns. Their surgical approach and follow through has been TOP CLASS!!
