I can't count how many times I have complained about the noise with no actions taken. I have complained about playing ball in the parking lot...still no action taken. I stand there holding my breath, watching kids using my car to stop their scooters and pray that their balls won't destroy my windshield. I woke up one day and found a scratch on my car that would cost me over a thousand dollars to fix. Still, nobody gives a darn. This is my favorite place to live in my whole life, and I'm not that young :) The relationship with the office is a pleasure as they are understanding and helpful, and the amenities are delightful. Maintenance is a Godsend as they are knowledgeable, competent, their response rate is immediate and they are always smiling. Thank you Camden Westchase Park :)
Great staff that provides awesome service!! Maintenance is on top of service requests. Quiet and peaceful!! I don't hear my neighbors through the walls. Property is very well kept. I would recommend this property to anyone.
I have lived here since it opened. I love my home (I'd say apartment, but it's my home). Close to schools and shopping. Staff has been very friendly. Looking forward to another year here.

Beware of the stompers! My suggestion is that the Community staff find options to deal with this type of problem with effective resolutions...All residents have rights but not at the expense of another resident.. It is 1:48 am.. I need to sleep!! Mood: very upset!!
