We love living here! Everyone is friendly and the staff is beyond great. Last week I had an Uber disaster. My Uber was lost and every time I called to see where he was he kept hanging up on me and saying he did not speak English. Eventually, I ran into Ricardo who took time out of his day to take care of me. He called the Uber driver and patiently gave him directions. He even kindly waited with me until he was there.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience courtesy of Grant. I was able to tour the property in person, however my wife wasn't as we currently live out of state. Grant executed a well organized, and planned FaceTime tour which helped alleviate the need for additional travel, etc. The property was well maintained and has a great atmosphere. Grant's professionalism and follow up made our choice an easier one. Thanks Grant!
Was very great full that the maintenance staff stayed to take care of my washer in July 2017 Turns out thr drum had numerous black specks (not sure how or why)-and here’s the great thing-he didn’t accuse me or say that was the previous resident who lived there, most apartment complexes ALWAYS BLAME the residents Anyways he stayed to clean it -that was until 7 pm He could have just said he would return the next day, since the washer WAS working, but he didn’t, I appreciated what he did,
We have lived at Camden Westchase for almost two years now and our experience has been great! The office staff and maintenance team are very professional and very quick to resolve any issues!

We love living in Camden Westchase! The facilities are great and beautiful, the personnel awesome, and the parties rock! This year we had some excellent parties... spring break brunch, tacos, Halloween where all personnel dressed up incredible, and the last one with Santa was amazing! Also, we like all the guys that take care of the apartments like Ruben that is always friendly and have a solution for everything. Thanks a lot for all what you guys make for the residents! �
