I LOVED living here! The staff is extremely helpful and the apartments are just beautiful. I never had any issues with neighbors and if I had a service request it was taken care of usually within the same day. Everything is kept clean throughout the neighborhood. Melissa in the front office is awesome! When the time came for me to move, she helped me find another Camden in my new city and set up a lease with them. I would highly recommend Camden!
Very enjoyable place to live. Pet friendly and residents all respected the community. Cleaned daily by staff. Convenient to highways and certainly any retail or entertainment wanted!
I don't have one bad or negative thing to say about Camden. I have been so satisfied with everything about my living experience and i would recommend it to anyone. Maintenance requests are fast, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the amenities are almost always in great conditions and well taken care of. Love love love living here.
Love this place. Lived there 2 1/2 years. Would consider moving back if they had showers.

Camden Waterford Lakes is a great apartment community! You are conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment – all within walking distance! In addition to that, the maintenance team is phenomenal! They ensure the community is clean, and respond quickly to any service requests. There’s a beautiful pool, 24 hour fitness center, and they’re pet friendly! Living in Camden Waterford Lakes has been an absolute pleasure so far. I honestly have zero complaints. It's clean, it's a beautiful property, the location is so convenient, the apartments themselves are great, and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Brandon is the best!!! He's there for my family and I no matter what! I can see myself living here for a while. Thanks Camden!
