RecommendedI've lived at Camden Waterford Lakes for a little more than 6 months (during the COVID-19 pandemic) and the staff has been responsive, thoughtful, and extremely helpful throughout. I rented my apartment sight unseen and have no regrets. Would do it again. The maintenance staff is especially great! They have the fastest response times of anywhere I've ever lived.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this community and the office team! From my initial tour with Alexis, to Mitchall, Lisa, and Emil taking time to answer all my questions, my seamless move-in with Janelsa, and all the days since, it's been fantastic. We had been living here for one year in 2017, and we loved it! Amazing pool and relaxing area and very comfortable flat. The office staff was always nice and helpful. Extra 5 stars for the maintenance team, we had only tiny issues like a leaking tap, etc but they helped always very quickly and professionally.
Lived here for 4 years and absolutely loved it! All of the workers were always helpful and kind! When I signed the lease I signed it with Nicole (office manager) and I was about to live alone for the first time in my life and was more than nervous. Nicole ended up being someone I could call for anything and she always went out of her way to make living there perfect! (THANK YOU NICOLE)! Great place to live - highly recommend! Maintenance staff is courteous, conscientious and prompt. Front office is extremly friendly and always helpful. Kensley is #1 in my book.
I lived at Camden Waterford Lakes and I loved the experience. The whole apartment has great quality and the staff team is wonderful. I recommend it to everyone.
This is more of a preemptive review, as I'm not living there...yet :) my girlfriend and I have been apartment searching for a bit now and we've toured maybe 5 places thus far. Camden at Waterford absolutely stands out as the BEST in customer service. The lovely individuals at the front were kind, engaging, and helpful. They seriously deserve tons of recognition. I can't wait to live here!
