I've lived at Camden Vantage for nearly five years and cannot say enough wonderful things about this community. The property and amenities are incredible, and an especially great value for this area. The entire staff, from the leasing office to the maintenance crew, are always working hard to make sure the residents are happy, safe and feel valued. I loved living at Camden Vantage! If you are looking for a place in Atlanta I would HIGHLY recommend living here. Everyone in the leasing office is so friendly and welcoming. Japera and Summer always took care of me, and do a great job at managing the community. The maintenance team is SO quick about getting service requests completed, and are really friendly. I applied for an apartment on January 24th. I was declined. I have NOT RECEIVED THE $200 REFUND !!! IT IS NOW FEB 23RD. How can you take $300 (+ $100 Application) immediately but take a month to refund the $200 ??? !!!!! SEND MY REFUND. NOW !!!
Echoing some previously posted sentiments. I also had my car wrongfully booted while parked in the garage with my parking sticker on my vehicle. I had to pay $75 to remove the boot from my car and then was advised to take my issue up with the booting company. However, Camden was quick to recover and responded to my issue promptly.
Absolutely ridiculous that as a resident with a parking sticker on my vehicle I still got booted. I had to pay $75 in hopes this place will reimburse for there mix up. You charge a fortune for people to live here and come up with different ways to nickel and dime you for every little thing. Hope you don’t have friends or family that want to come visit. I.toured Camden in Atlanta while interviewing for a job in the city, The place was amazing and very convenient to the job location. The personal were very kind courtesy and very professional. Would love to live there.
