We had RATS for 12 days!!
DO NOT LIVE HERE. We had 12+ mice in our apartment (due to poor installation of a dryer - left a giant hole in our apartment ) that allowed them to enter. Camden Tuscany failed to compensate us or reimburse us for this issue when we had to leave for 12 days due to their negligence. Awful. Worst customer service ever. Not to mention if i wasn’t persistent on their service to help us they wouldn’t have done anything. There was rat feces everywhere i got allergies from it.
You can improve by giving us a decent business center with actual computers (that you took) and a printer that works, and not this nonsense about a lounge that I KNOW we did NOT vote for in the survey.
