I’ve had a great experience living at Camden Travis Street Apartments. The location in Midtown is fantastic — close to everything. The community is well-maintained, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center are always clean and easy to access. The staff has been outstanding. I was completely disappointed by customer service from the Travis Street team. I had to call multiple times after they did not answer the call after five minutes of ringing. Left me extremely frustrated. I booked my tour a day before and was advised that I would get access to an apartment because I was interested in upgrading from a studio to a one bedroom.
