We lived there for a year and a half and it was the worst year and 5 months ever! Between things not being what is advertised. The amount of break ins and vandalism. The “gated” community not ever being secured. The other tenants not having any respect or care for their neighbors. The office staff not resolving any of the problems brought to their attention, but they were quick to threaten to evict if you were a day late on rent. this isnt a real Camden. the people who work here are a joke. I lived here years ago and since then the staff has had a complete rotation for the worst and I'm not afraid to say it. they weren't afraid to gossip about me and deny me maintenance so why should I sit quiet either?! The girls in the office dont do their job or control themselves from acting unprofessionally. someone please turn this place around for the better again. its not a nice environment for those who take their apartment, and their life, seriously.

I have lived here for one year now. Five more months and I’m counting down the days to move out! They “make” you sign what they call a 15 month lease that’s really 16 months in length. If you want to break your lease you give a 60 day notice AND pay a two month lease break. That’s a total of four months rent due in ten days. They only have one hallway that is dedicated to nonsmoking, we were never informed of this option prior to move in, otherwise you get to smell the constant ambiance of cigarettes, pot, along with neighbo... read more

5 Stars We have lived here almost a year now and the decision to renew our lease was a no brainer. Even before we saw our renewal price which we were so thrilled to see was only raised by $4 a month. Many apartment complexes really screw you over each year with upping renewals. The apartments are among the nicest I’ve ever lived in and the scenery and neighborhood are amazingly scenic and quite and peaceful. Hello Everyone, I just moved into Camden Town Square about a month ago and I am very happy. I used to live in another Camden, and it was just as great! The staff at both properties are always very helpful. I wanted to leave an honest review on my experience, but I wanted to wait until I have been here for a bit of time first.
