My kids and I been living at Camden Spring Creek Apts. for a little over a month now. We absolutely LOVE it. All the office staff is “the BOMB” Maria, Cara & all the other girls do such an awesome job. Friendly, attentive, caring individuals who are willing to go above and beyond for the residents no matter what the situation. Please when you are looking for somewhere to live this is the “Best Place on Earth” The Marino Family
Do not feel safe here. Called the emergency contact for the complex on a Saturday night twice, no one showed up. Called the Spring/Harris county sheriff's office twice, no one showed up. Yes, I talked to humans on all phone calls and not a recording, and was told I'd be helped out. If you'd like to talk about my situation, I'd love to share with you the incidents via private message. We have been here 2 month. And everyone has been nice. You have responded to all maintenance request in a timely manner and have always answered any questions I have had.
We have lived in the Camden Spring Creek apartment complex for over a year and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the management and maintenance teams. Everyone on staff knows us (and even our sweet pup!) on a first name basis and they work hard to ensure that the complex is maintained in a efficient, timely manner that makes our home a safe and enjoyable place to be!
I am new to Camden but love it so far! The staff is amazing and super friendly. My apartment is very nice and has so much space! They are quick to respond to any concerns.
I was a potential customer who had started my apartment search in September 2016. I found Camden on Google and the rates at the time were within my range. I scheduled an appointment to come by and tour the apartments. Rachael showed me around and I fell in love with the grounds.
