RecommendedThis is my first home in Texas! I felt safe and secured. The apartment was well maintained. Clean and lovable place to stay. I am so grateful of the staffs they really did a good job. Anything that needs to be fixed will be done as quick as they could. I will surely miss this place. We are moving to our new home. RecommendedI love this community because it is in the perfect area.. so close to The Woodlands Mall & The Woodlands Pavilion ( my favorite ). There are endless amounts of family fun areas near by.. as well as events. The apartment complex itself is very well kept (clean and smells so good)..the pool is one of my favorite area and they have a dog washing station... how perfect! We have lived in Houston for 14 years and have been blessed to live at Camden Spring Creek for the last 18 months. We have had excellent experiences with so many different areas. There have been a few problems within the community, but I think that there is no community that is perfect or crime free.
