Had a great experience touring Camden sotelo, beautiful apartments. Lexi was great and very helpful with so much information! My husband and I are coming back next spring hopefully to stay. Perfect area close to everything including Tempe town market place, & great restaurants near by worth checking out.
All I want in 2019 is not to be forced to pay $1.50 for each time Valet Waste picks up my trash
The recent crime wave at Camden Sotelo is deeply disturbing. Wheels stolen off a car, cars broken into, a car stolen out of the underground garage—meanwhile our rent has gone up $200/mo plus an additional $50/month garage fee for the garage we now try to avoid parking in. (We're not the only ones, it seems: the above-ground spots are increasingly hard to get as more people grab those rather than risk getting their car stolen or broken into in the garages.) I would like this place more if everyone didn't get their property stolen all the time. In the 4ish short months I've lived here multiple cars have gotten broken into, STOLEN (the entire car), and someone even got their wheels stolen. This all happened at the resident parking garages too. Cops are here often but mostly it seems just for the filing of police reports from crimes.

My husband and I have lived here for about 4 months and this is without a doubt the best apartment complex we have lived in! I love that we have assigned parking in an underground garage. This is also the first apartment I've lived in that has elevators and with me being 9 months pregnant I can't tell you how much of a blessing that is haha.
