I love the fact that I am so close to ASU. There are days that I don’t feel like driving and it’s so close that I can ride my bike and the complex is so close to old town . The complex is so big compared to anything around here. They also have parking available underground which is nice and the staff are so sweet !!!!
I’ve been roommates here with my best friend the last few years and I really love living here. It’s such a great location close to Old town Scottsdale and close to the airport and to Tempe town lake. Everyone comes over and says how large our apt is compared to theirs. The units here are perfect for a roommate. The rooms are complete opposite sides of the unit for space and privacy. My friend lives here and when I would visit the staff was always friendly and the pool is amazing. I highly recommend.
Went on a tour with Lexi , very informative. Nice floor plan . Helped that it was pet friendly, and the close proximity to asu and the area was a bonus
Came in for a tour and absolutely loved it! All the staff here made my mother and I feel comfortable and welcomed. Very clean community and walking distance from Tempe Town Lake. What else could you ask for?!
My friend Krystle lives here. I visited her at least twice a week. The complex is private, quite, modern and pet friendly! During the summer we love the pool area as it meets all our needs that include large pool, modern patio furniture, a grill and great neighbors. Apartment is so spacious and floor plan is ideal for a roommate or family. The kitchen is my favorite as it is great for entertainment while still hanging out and catering to living room. I’m definitely going to consider moving here once my lease is up.
