The staff is smart, friendly and attentive. My apt was recently upgraded so all new cabinets and appliances. All my maintenance issues (minor) were handled quickly and professionally. The clubhouse and grounds are well maintained. The only thing I wish they had more of would be monthly events to meet and greet neighbors, especially newcomers.

Awesome staff, I'd give 5 stars. The maintenance issues we've within in the last 2 months have just made it miserable . I had less maintenance issues on Franklin rd, and I'm paying twice the rent for what?
