the staff is super nice and easy to contact! nice, safe community! and the valet trash is a great perk!!!!!
Since I've been here, the community is on their 3rd management/leasing people...and I've been here less than a year. The new staff in the office may find a way to swindling a quick dollar out of you...so be mindful and watchful... Its a shame because that type of business practice doesn't create longevity with their residents..The leasing office do not address concerns in a timely manner...Nor do the cooperate office even care to respond to your concerns in timely manner either, if they do at all.. Camden Cares� just wanted to let you know Camden Shiloh is not living up to this expectation. It takes only one bad apple to ruin the bunch. One negative experience trumps all positive ones. New residents and very happy with our choice. Catherine held our hand through the whole process! She is awesome! Had a few minor things on our punch list that needed to be addressed. Gave the list to Catherine on Sunday and by the next day everything that could be, had been taken care of! Very happy!
