I believe in honest reviews, so there are 2 things that prevent a 5 star rating, but before I get to those I must say that the management has been very helpful with a lot of things for me and the property is absolutely beautiful and the residents are very friendly. Now, The first and foremost issue I have is the amount of dog poop in the grassy areas. There are the same people that continually do NOT pick up after their dogs and nothing is done. I am thoroughly impressed with this community. Management and maintenance have been very responsive, dogs are leashed and owners pick up after them, quiet, friendly neighbors...nice activities for residents...looking forward to summer at the pools!
Love this community and the Manager is awesome!
