Horrible management and maintenance. We moved in initially to a unit with a hole in the tub. Filed maintenance right away. Long story short they set multiple times they were going to come by and look at it then come by to fix it. Weeks went by and nothing was fixed. We got water in the kitchen and pantry. A month or two in the neighbors under us complained they were getting a leak in their unit. It was from our shower. It was fixed in a couple days. The washer broke. The staff here is professional, kind, and knows how to correctly handle situations. Obviously the location is great, but it is the team that makes some place a great place to live.
We have lived at Camden Riverwalk for 2 years and we love it! The complex has 2 clubhouses with pools and gyms. They also have a mile long nature trail that is tranquil and well kept with a dog park. The staff could not be more friendly and we have enjoyed getting to know them through the happy hours offered twice a month. The neighborhood is safe, clean and dog friendly.
