RecommendedI am a new resident here so as of now everything is as expected. My leasing consultant was Jasmine Gutierrez. Very personable, warm and friendly. Nice smile..!! She followed up promptly to emails and contacted me by phone when necessary. Hopefully she is a representation of the other office staff and maintenance staff. The welcome bag was a very nice touch. I lived for a year in another apartment community in Plantation before moving to Sunny Isles Beach. Looking forward to my time here.
The service maintenance staff is wonderful! Always quick to respond and so nice and friendly when they do.
