RecommendedCamden Paces is an absolute dream. Everyone in the leasing office is so helpful and friendly, they answered all of my questions and even helped me get measurements down to the inch. The apartments exceed my expectations, and the pool and amentities are the icing on the cake.I would recommend anyone to lease here!
I recently had the opportunity to visit this beautiful property! I immediately felt "at home"! The feel of this complex is as if you are tucked away in your own oasis. I was super impressed with the town home style condos and the property landscape. The property management group/staff is so helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond in every aspect! DO NOT LIVE HERE, RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Apartment fire alarms go off constantly, and there is no ownership of the issue on the part of management AND corporate!
While this is a lovely Appartement complex it has a main flaw - the fire alarm system. It goes off constantly. The complex has been actively trying to address the problem for a year. We have endured testing over testing and still - the alarm continues to go off and there never is a fire. This Sunday morning after 4 alarms between 8:30 and 10 am I look down from my beautiful balcony at parents holding their infants wrapped in blankets in the cold on the steeet, men holding and hugging their shaking dogs, while my own is hidin... read more
Camden Paces is a beautiful community that is right in the middle of the action. It is very secure, clean, and beautiful. I love the classy way that it is decorated and the staff are all so friendly. Great place!
Camden Paces is a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. It’s a beautiful community in a great location.
