RecommendedShout out to the concierges! They're seriously some of the nicest, happiest, most helpful people. The complex has a lot to offer. The floorplans are spacious for a great price downtown. Unfortunately it just ended up not being the community for me. I wanna thank Jacob and the leasing office team for all their help.

absolutely love this location. the apartment layout is very modern and spacious. so far everyone in the leasing office has been super helpful and accommodating, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move downtown!

Amazing place to live. Perfect spot downtown, apartments are amazing - very clean and updated, awesome gym, the residents are friendly, and the staff is great! Very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to make a move. Special shout-out to Shantelle in the leasing office! Above and beyond throughout the entire process, and also since I started living here. You are AWESOME!
We've lived here going on 2 years now and we still love it. The staff is always friendly, the amenities are great and well-maintained, the apartments are beautiful and surprisingly quiet for a building with so many people in it. Also the schools we are zoned for are excellent. We are happy to be here and plan on staying for a while.
The staff at Camden North Quarter are the best! Love the location and the best part, it’s incredible pool.

I've been here for about a month now, and the amenities are nice but I would highly recommend if you plan on leasing here that you wait until the end of August or early September once surveillance is installed as my car was hit while parked in the garage. It's concerning to be in a residence that doesn't provide any type of security outside of concierge for when mishaps occur.
