My partner and I put a deposit down here and was told it was refundable. Come to find out, after still waiting on the check, the funds have still have not been issued to us after nearly four months of waiting, calls, emails, etc- the check apparently was never issued. Customer service is lacking. Nice building though. Word of advice, follow through with commitments to potential residents.
Absolutely recommend!!! The building is fabulous, location is great, but the people make it a must have. Their professional management and administrative staff are very knowledgeable about what's happening in the Nashville luxury rental market and wonderful to work with. The Element Music Row should be your next stop!!
Element has set the bar extremely high for any other apartment or condo establishment in town. At Element the entire staff is AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL and always have time for a chat or some laughter. It's more then just a great building and great place to live, it's home. It feels like everyone is family here and the residents spend time together and create friendships. The entire place is always clean! What can I say, I love where I live and if you're even thinking of moving here don't hesitate!!!
I recently moved into this property. The staff is incredible. The amenities are awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone. My friends visit and never want to leave. The pool is the best in Nashville. The bars across the street attract a great local crowd. Love it!
