Nice location but very poor management who doesn't follow up and fails to notify tenants of work being done. The false charges someone else posted I have had issues with as well. I had no hot water at one point for a week and had to call and email several times but never received a reply until I called the after hours service then the maintenance manager finally contacted me. Me and my wife were residents for nearly four years and we enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartments, the effective maintenance crew, helpful staff, and the welcoming community for our dogs. Evenings walking our dogs around the pond was a regular treat for us. The newly updated apartments just made the living even more comfortable for us. If it wasn't for my job relocation our residency would certainly have continued.
Just renewed my lease for another year. Love the area for the open space, nice upscale residential neighborhood area and literally within 1/2 hour of Red Rocks, Boulder ~ you name it really. Very clean and quiet complex. I would highly recommend them.
My wife and I moved in here as our first apartment together after we were married. At the time the apartment had all the amenities we wanted and the standard of living we wanted at the price point we wanted. Everything seemed great and we even had a garage!
