RecommendedI've lived here for six months and love everything about living here! The staff (both office and maintenance) are wonderful. They maintain the property beautifully and that includes anything I need done inside. Everyone is friendly and it really feels like home.
Great location, responsive office and maintenance staff. Example: My refrigerator bulb burned out yesterday. Not a big deal, of course. But today, just as they were trying to leave after their shifts, I cornered Andrew and Chris and asked if either of them had a replacement bulb on their carts. Neither did but they both said they could run to the shop and get one for me. It is only a bulb and certainly I could survive the night with a shadowy refrigerator. I said Nah but they both insisted. The staff here is simply amazing which was the selling point for my husband and I to rent here. We looked at a lot of places and had a significant list of must haves and they not only checked them all but they exceeded them because the one thing we didn’t think about was how the staff would treat you as a guest/resident. I just moved in to Camden Lakeway one week ago and I have to say everything has been top notch so far. The staff was extremely helpful on move in day and even left a thoughtful gift in my apartment! I never received this kind of customer service at any other apartment community I have lived at! I love all of the amenities here and how well maintained the property is, you can really tell how hard the staff works here! I’m surprised anyone would rate Camden Lakeway less than a 5! My family moved across the country for my Husband and I’s jobs. We were blessed to find Camden online, get a FaceTime tour from the leasing staff, and get our lease situated shortly thereafter. While I have lived in multiple apartments, this was my Husbands first experience as we were previously homeowners. My experience here is awesome the guys that work here keeps the side walk clean very friendly. I put in 4 service request and they got them done next day. Awesome place to live.
Camden Lakeway Apartments is one of the best apartment complex's I've ever lived in! The entire staff is very professional, courteous, prompt, and always willing to go above and beyond for their residents! I feel extremely safe living here and would recommend to anyone wanting to move to the Littleton, CO area! :)
