I enjoy the helpful staff, beautiful campus and love the apartment I live in.
I have lived here for the past year and really enjoyed it. Our building was quiet with friendly neighbors. The community is a nice blend of cultures and stages of life (families, couples, singles). Trails to Apex Community Park are accessible from the complex. I also like that they are continually improving the community. I moved into Camden Lake Pine over 20 years ago....Last year I thought I needed a change-don't ask me why. Within one year I was fortunate to get a unit back at Camden Lake Pine, and I am moving back. You cannot put a price tag on happy living. The warm and friendly office staff, superior maintenance staff, impeccable grounds but even more so the sense of community and warm friendly people this complex attracts. The best apartment complex I’ve ever lived or been in! The staff is super friendly, helpful and on top of it. The pools and grilling areas are a huge plus, and living right along the Lake Pine greenway is perfect! The landscaping is beautiful and there are lots of trees, not like your typical apartment complex that’s built on cleared land. We love our apartment and the beautiful appliances, flooring, cabinets and countertops. It’s perfect!

Camden Lake Pine and the entire staff is absolutely incredible!!! EVERYONE at the office is always willing to go above and beyond to help make your day!!! Especially Lauren...my husband and I were out-of-town and had left some important documents...Lauren was able to get the documents and overnight them to us!!!!
