If you must rent in Camden, I suggest you go thru Shaun or Lauren only. Shaun is a man of his word and will work on a resolution for you. The maintenance team is also great. I can't recommend anyone else in the office.

He is on the maintenance team. He is always very prompt on any maintenance requests and gets the job done. 👍 it goes a long way with me when someone is not only friendly but also respects our space by cleaning up after the job is done. I just want to take the time out to thank the whole camden team! The were very swift with fixing my a/c unit. These guys go above and beyond for people who live here. Shout out Lauren also for being very diligent‼️

We relocated to the area a few months ago, found Camden Lake Pine and saw their great reviews so decided to move forward with renting here. The complex is very clean, the front office and maintenance team offer 5 star service and the access to the greenways are what I have come to appreciate since moving in. LOVE living here overall, definitely would recommend this community to others.
Let me just tell you how amazing the staff at Camden Lake Pine are!!!! We have lived here twice now and they are the best. They are so incredibly helpful with every question I had prior to move in and even helped me move in a heavy headboard up the stairs!!! They go above and beyond for customer service and are so willing to help with anything you need. I am so appreciative of everything they’ve done for us!
My family and I have just moved into Camden Lake Pine Apartments this week. We love everything about our home. We love that it has two pools, gym, walking trails to the Apex Community Park, pet friendly, car center and it really has everything and more that you would ever need to be happy. Ashley, Lauren and Hannah are really amazing people. They were wonderful from the application process to us obtaining our home. My family and I believe we have found a wonderful home.
