I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Camden Apartments for their assistance when my keys were stolen while I was visiting family in Myrtle Beach. When I called the Corporate headquarters, I spoke to a very nice Customer Service Specialist and I explained the situation that my apartment/car keys were stolen. She sent an E-mail to the staff of Camden Lago and I got a call from Cheryl Conrad who is the Community Property Manager. Hello, I like to Thank the Community Manager, Cheryl Conrad for making special arrangements of opening the pool for my early morning workouts. They had to padlock the gates because visitors from outside the community would use the pool in the middle of the night and yell as loud as they could so they can wake as many people as possible around the surrounding apartments. The maintenance man has changed his hours from 8-5 to 7-4 in order to remove the padlocks so I can work out in the pool early in the morning and I really do ... read more

Enrique always comes through with a huge smile on his face willing to help anyway that he can. I’m single and live alone and he’s helped me with odds and ends. Even though they aren’t “usual” service requests. Thanks for going above and beyond Enrique. It means the world to me!
I have bugs infesting my apartment right now. Office staff says wait till next Wednesday for pest control to come. Clearly they have not had any multifamily housing training when it comes to customer service. So much for that easy renewal. Lease ends May 3, 2020. I will be leaving. Have fun paying for marketing and turning my apartment. Easier to keep a paying tenant happy.
Sabrina from the office is great, she showed us around an all the amenities of the community. We have not decide due to our current lease, but I wanted to review the experience because it was better than what we have had so far with other places.
I have been here for 2 1/2 years and I got to say that Camden be very good to us and the office staff are a 5 Star love them like family
