RecommendedI have lived here for over 6 years, and the maintenance staff at Camden Heights is top notch! They are always prompt to take care of any needs I have with my apartment, big or small. They are also so friendly when I see them around the complex and know me and my dog by name.
Location, floor plan, and amenities are wonderful! However, these are exceeded by the super staff. The staff is always friendly, smiling, well mannered, and knowledgeable without intruding. Yes, they listen and go the extra miles to keep residents happy. I love the new dog walk and the fact that all spaces - including the parking area - is kept neat and clean. Plus daily email updates on what is happening in the community and the neighborhood.
5 stars for maintenance staff - 4 stars for my overall experience. I've been at Camden Heights a little over and have been most impressed with how timely and helpful the maintenance staff is. They are always so kind and willing to go the extra mile to help solve any issues I have with your apartment. Thanks for the multiple occasions you've caught me trying to move stuff that was bigger than me and offered a helping hand:) Thanks, Camden maintenance, for making Camden such a great place to live! You guys are awesome!
The Camden Heights' employees are great! When I moved in last year, Eric made the process easy. They always get the maintenance requests finished quickly. I haven't had a lot of things that have needed to be fixed in my apartment either. They take great care of the property and each unit. Anytime I need to go into the leasing office to ask a questions they are all very sweet and professional. They also love animals and are very sweet to my dog. Camden Heights offers great restaurants, local bars, and an amazing staff. Highly suggested to be considered as your number one residency. It's awesome.
I have been living at Camden in the Heights for over 3 years now and the experience has always been a positive one. I have always been able to move to a different unit without having to go through a big hassle and the staff is very understanding of any situation. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to live in the Heights area of Houston, whether with a roommate or alone, I've done both!
We love living here! Everyone is super nice and it is a beautiful place!
