Awesome appartments. Quick responses to service requests. Perfect neighbourhood. Safety is sometimes an issue(but thats everywhere near downtown), but I think they are working on it and making it better. Accessible location to work, grocery, shopping, party, you name it. Beautiful park right next to the appartments. I love living here. Recommended!!!
I love this place. The location is great, price is reasonable, maintenance is quick, and Amber, Stephen and Kristin are great! Would recommend this place to anyone.
The staff was super unprofessional. They reuse carpet like refugees. So glad to get out of that sad dirty pathetic place.

I have been a resident at Camden Greenway for about a year and a half. The location of this complex is great (price reflects this prime location). It is close to many great shopping centers and numerous grocery stores. The complex has a very nice 24 hour gym and 24 hour club room. There are 4 pools and the main pool has two newly installed beautiful grills. I absolutely love living at Greenway! The location is close to everything - restaurants, bars, dog park. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and the maintenance team is awesome! You can't go wrong living here and for the price it is unbeatable for this area.
I've been at Camden Greenway a little over a month and I absolutely love my apartment! It's so spacious and such a great price for the area! Both the maintenance and the office staff are very helpful and quick to respond. I was super apprehensive about the tech package but I now love my xfinity service! The on-demand feature and remote I can control with my voice has the feel of Netflix. Super progressive and included in my rent! I love it here and don't plan on leaving anytime soon!
The complex is well maintained and the maintenance is very responsive. For the price and location... Its a great choice. The Staff members are very friendly and always willing to assist. Kelly especially, she goes above and beyond to make sure my girlfriend and I are taken care of!! And it's always hassle free and fast. Great follow through skills float through the staff and maintenance. Anyone thinking of moving here would be a very smart person!!
Every single staff is amazing and they go beyond their duties to help the residents. I have lived in this apartment complex for more than a year and I do not want to move anywhere else. In fact, I am transferring to another unit in a couple of months.
