The Apartment complex is not very GUEST-friendly. You always have to go to the Concierge, because they don't allow a second fob to residents. It's a bit outdated. Since the pool (it's small) is between two towers, you can only really sunbathe at limited time. I'm surprised that they didn't make a roof-top pool, with a jacuzzi, and utilize the space where the pool is now for another building. That way, they can maximize their space and it will actually be nicer to have a rooftop view of the city.

Great building in a PERFECT location. This building is VERY quiet and clean along with amazing staff. If you are looking for a place to call home and not worry about noise, this is the place! You can't hear any of your neighbors above or below you. Maintenance is very quick to fix things and friendly. I would highly recommend this building to anyone!
Pros: 1) Attentive and Courteous Staff, 2) Relatively quiet Building, 3) Relatively good location - easy walking distance to uptown. Cons: Hate the nit-picky additional fees: 1) $89 per month for the privilege of connecting to TWC, arguably the worst ISP in America. A one time "connection charge" I could understand but a recurring charge is just a rip-off. 2) They have recently added a $10 per month add-on for "covered parking" as if "uncovered parking" was an option - it isn't.
