RecommendedI lived at Camden Grandview in 2014/2015 and recently looked at moving back because I loved it there so much. The property is amazing, the staff was wonderful and I never had any issues. My husband and I recently applied and Katie in the office gave us the best customer service we have had anywhere in years! It's been really hard looking for apartments during the COVID-19 restrictions and she was so helpful with all of our questions and concerns. We truly enjoyed our time at Camden Grandview! Ms. Veronica was truly helpful with our move in. Richard, Katie and Anna were always very pleasant and on top of things. The maintenance team were extremely timely. Thanks for a great stay!!

Camden Grandview is a great place to acquire as a residency. As a young adult out of college, Madison helped my roommate and I into the best fit apartment that perfectly met our desired needs. The Camden Grandview staff is very accommodating and organized in all procedures that need met. The maintenance is quickly taken care of, and there is excellent customer service provided. I have so far very much enjoyed Camden Grandview, and would highly recommend it.
I just wanted to take a minute to brag on Daniel Brown. I have had a curtain rod laying on my floor for months, waiting for my parents to somehow come here and help me hang it. I decided to put in a maintenance request to see if maybe- just maybe- I could get help hanging my curtain rod. Daniel swung by today and made my dream come true! Moved to Charlotte about two weeks ago, and I am so impressed with Camden Grandview. The location is perfect, and the complex is so secure. Really impressed with the amount of parking as well. The staff is welcoming and helpful, and the apartment itself is spacious and modern. Madison made me feel right at home from the second I stopped in the office to grab my keys and welcome packet, and the concierge staff is friendly and always willing to help however they can. So happy this is my new home!
The location is excellent. Camden Grandview is close to the light rail and the Rail Trail for fun exercising. Easy walking to uptown and excellent South End restaurants. But the best feature is the great staff. Veronica and her concierge team are wonderful and Richard, Katie and Anna are always there to help. Highly recommended.
