I've always worried about living in an apartment and when I visited Colorado to check out potential housing options for me and my family I found Camden Flatirons. The staff was very help and listened to my story and my concerns, and helped me to make my choice. I look forward to working with Camden Flatirons in the near future.
The staff is always friendly and kind. They go above and beyond to help you out. We’ve never had such a positive experience in an apartment community. Just today was tenant appreciation day and they have the whole community involved, prizes and treats! It keeps things fun and entertaining. The maintenance guys are also super awesome and helpful! Everybody always has a positive greeting no matter how long you’ve been here! This is the best place to live! We’re beyond happy we chose Camden Flatirons’s as our home!!!
Great place to live! The leasing and maintenance teams are absolutely wonderful & the amenities are 2nd to none! The rent is comparable to all the other communities in the area, but I chose to transfer from another Camden Community to this one because I already knew what to expect, love it...I just recently signed my 4th lease with them!

In my time at Camden Flatirons, the management and staff have been great! The property is well maintained and anytime I have asked for assistance, Bobbi and the rest of the leasing office has been quick to address any questions I may have. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a new home!
This is a wonderful place to live! They are very dog friendly and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The place stays clean and is overall very quiet. The apartments are insulated well and I would rarely hear my neighbors. My wife and I love living here. The location and amenities are fantastic but what really makes this place special is the staff. They are genuine and great people and also take their jobs seriously when it comes to customer satisfaction. This is the first apartment complex that we’ve lived in that feels like a home! Shout out to Heather, Samar, Bobbi, Monika and Elyse who always take such good care of us when we need it. You are the cherry on the top of our experience here.
Transferred from Camden Boca Raton to Camden Flatirons in the last couple of years. It was the easiest decision, you walked into the leasing office. Greeted by the most amazing management! Everyone at Camden Flatirons is friendly, when you have an issue, they are on it! I have been renting for awhile, Camden Flatirons has surpassed my expectations!
