Absolutely recommend living here! The property is well kept, with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The amenities are top-notch, including a gym that has all the equipment you would want to justify not needing to purchase a corporate gym membership, plus a pool long enough to swim laps in and a large hot tub to relax in afterward. I have lived here for over 2 years, what sold me was the very large dog park. The people here are great, the Camden employees, my neighbors make a wonderful community. Sumar is the property manager, she is by far the best. Greg and Elyse go out of there way to assist current and new residents. The maintenance is fantastic, they see you and ask how can I help. The location is great, close enough to the mountains and close enough to work. Love it here.
Lived here for 2 years. My first apartment. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Loved the location and scenery. Elyse ultimately sold me on the apartment with her bubbly personality and answering any questions I had for her. My first year living here, management wasn’t up to par but when the manager Samar and the assistant manager Greg came in and took over is when things really improved for the complex. I have lived here since early 2019 & have been working closely with Elyse, who has been an incredible resource for my girlfriend and me. She has been extremely helpful, responsive, and attentive to our specific living requirements. I just renewed and moved to another apartment on the property. There was the annual holiday party not long ago, food was delicious, drinks were great, the loving environment is nice to be around but the staff here is amazing and always take care of their residents, Kara Huzl, always makes sure to keep a smile on everyones face no matter the time or day, its always much appreciated, thank you so much time after time!
I've worked for Camden for 8 years now and have lived at 3 Camden communities, currently Camden Flatirons. Living at a Camden community gives me peace of mind because I know that everyone working there actually loves their job! I leased my apartment sight unseen, but the leasing team stayed in touch with me every step of the way. They even left a very useful "move in gift" in my apartment!
