I have lived at Camden Fairfax Corner for over six years and love it here. The team is amazing, location is great and I highly recommend this place.
I like living here a lot. I have had no issues with management, as they are all very kind and willing to help in any way they kind. They do take a while to answer emails but the apartment buildings have a lot of residents so that can be understood but still. Also, the maintenance team is the best best best and always greet you with a hello. I have lived here since September/October of last year and have had no issues, if something happens they will fix it. The experience has been really good.
I could not think of a better place to live than Fairfax Corner Camden. The staff is awesome, the property is well maintained, facilities are great and it's convenient to everything. Fair Oaks Mall is literally right across the street. Wegman's is right up the street. The amenities on site include some of the best restaurants in NoVa (Ozzies, Ruth's Chris, Coastals & more), a 14 screen cinema (w/ bar& restaurant), tons of shopping and a giant outdoor chess set. From the second I stopped by to look at a new apartment, I was happy I didn't look any further. Joelle and Christine (who worked there at the time) were absolute rock stars! We had a basic 2/2 that was on the ground floor which was perfect and have since moved to a renovated 3 bedroom. The maintenance team, Marvin for one, are super helpful and quick. The one time our heater broke, the tech came out at 11pm and didn't stay until he had exhausted all options, and returned the next morning to finalize. Parking could be a tad b... read more
