Stop letting people park where ever they feel like. There are absolutely no repercussions for anything. I could literally park almost anywhere with out fear that management would do anything about it. If you wonder why people continue to park in places they shouldn't, it's because they know nothing is going to happen. I guarantee you the first time someone parks where they know they shouldn't and their car is gone. It is highly likely that they probably won't do it again.
RecommendedSo happy we found Camden Fairfax Corner to call home! Maintenance and management staff are incredible and are quickly on top of anything we ask for. The community and other residents are nice and welcoming, and the location is fantastic with multiple options for food within walking distance, the movie theater, and also the shuttle stop whenever I need it. Have already recommended it to others and will keep doing so!
I would like to recommend this place if you like mice. that is what I get for my over $2k rent. yes.... Mice.
I have lived here for just over a year and am so glad that I picked Camden Fairfax Corner! The office staff are awesome (they know everyone and their pets by name) and the maintenance staff rocks! Great neighbors, great facilities, great living! And walking to food, drink, and movies doesn't stink!
I have resided at CFC for several years and have enjoyed every moment here. It is a great place to live, the location is phenomenal, and staff is fantastic.
Shout out to Mikki who bent over backwards to get my AC working again. Our maintenance men are awesome and he really worked hard to figure out what was wrong. And a thank you to Marcus who was available for Mikki to speak to and helped figure it out.
I had a great experience here! Posh living at Fairfax Corner. It's the best of small town city life! The staff are amazing. They really make this home.
