Absolutely recommend. I have been here one week now and have nothing to complain about. Staff is incredible, nice amenities, close to anything and everything. Love my apartment and the community. Perfect!
Love it ! Excellent response to Hurricane Irma, cleaning up the parking lot, restore valet garbage services, cleaning the pool and jacuzzi, fixing the damage to the property and securing contractors to respond to residents needs. It was like a party with everyone barbecuing and hanging out. People art friendly and there is ample parking for residents who hast football parties and enjoy having guests.

Awesome service. The staff is very kind and helpful, if you need anything they do it with and smile on their faces. Amenities are super clean, good quality gym machines, and nice bbq place. I recommend it 100%
Great place to live !!! I been here for 4 years and doesn't have any complaints about this community, people from the office have a great customer service and try to do the best to help all the residents. I love Candem and I still enjoy my amenities and have fun were I live. Recommend this place 100%.
