If you like noisy street traffic 24/7, lots of bugs, especially ants and cockroaches, lack of amenities (has only one small pool), this place is for you. Complex is gated but has poor locks and gates are usually left open. Have lots of rules for the tenants to comply with but they are generally not enforced by management. The buildings are 30+ years old and greatly in need of replacement or repair. Single pane windows allow the heat in and the cold out, which makes for high energy bills. I love living here and so do many of my friends, really wonderful apartment and wonderful staff ^~^
My brother lived here while attending college and had a wonderful experience with the property, it's staff, management, and maintenance team. The property grounds were well maintained and we never had any safety concerns. The apartment was a great size for the price and conveniently located near HEB, Wal-Mart, and many restaurants. Highly recommended!
I've lived at Camden Copper Ridge for a total of four years (2009-2012) (2013-present). I moved to two different cities in a one year span and I can honestly say that I couldn't wait to move back to Camden Copper Ridge! I visited MANY different complexes and could not find a friendlier staff than what they have here. Also, the apartments are very nice and spacious and amenities are up to date.
