My boyfriend and I moved in to our new dream apartment in January. The neighborhood is terrific, the office staff is stellar, each staff member is professional, kind and courteous. The maintenance team are efficient, timely and kind. Great pool, laundry facilities are clean and not broken down, like so many other places I have lived. My only complaint is dog feces, the maintenance staff is timely and cleans it up but they shouldn't have to, MOST tenants are good about it but when you watch someone just walk away it's frustra... read more
Camden Copper Ridge has an amazing staff, very friendly and they make you always feel at home. Maintenance requests are always done quickly and the grounds are gorgeous!
I've been living here for little over a year and it has been wonderful!! I never have any complaints when I call the office and they are always so nice and helpful . This is by far the best apartment complex in corpus 😀
I visit my daughter and granddaughters here a Camden Copper Ridge on a daily basis and with my daughter moving back here to Camden Copper Ridge for the second time was a smart choice . Not only are the grounds beautiful and love that it is a gated community and glad my girls are safe. I have gotten to know the office staff very well and they are always so welcoming when I come by just to grab a cup of coffee and are always asking me how my day is going or even asking how my grandbabies are doing . You covered the humungous ant bed up with rocks and mulch around the big oak tree by the entrance gate. KILL THE ANTS! Residents are not picking up their pet waste on the grounds. i have ruined several pairs of shoes,so am now having to walk my dog wearing rubber boots. The ants are what is eating the woodwork. The corner of my master bedroom wall is soft from the carpenter ants eating it. I hope i don't fall through it before my lease is up. Fleas STILL a problem!
