Came to this practice as the other “Vascular practice” in Winchester is EXTREMELY disorganized. Not any better at this practice. Had appointment in August, ordered a test for the beginning of November & told I would be contacted - was NOT. I called & was told they needed to call my insurance for authorization. I informed them that my insurance does NOT require authorization. They told me they needed to confirm? Recommendedmy mom was a patient there and on my daughters wedding day her dr arranged to get her out for a few hours so she could go to wedding staff helped make it easy on family and got her ready

RecommendedMy mom got exceptional care here. Was in the hospital twice in the span of two weeks recently, including two heart caths. The facility is clean, the staff is nice (except a few who may have been having a bad day), the nurses competent and the doctors top notch. Their dietary needs some major help but there is food close so wasn’t an issue. I honestly would consider driving from Charleston just to use this hospital. No place is perfect, but I was totally impressed!
