Camden at Caley is a great community! Zain made my move and a friend I referred to her, easy and stress free! She went out of her way to help me and my daughter get the home we wanted!
If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! This place is horrible and Jamie and becca are huge scam artists DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM!! not only did their parking company put a boot on my car when the construction was being done in front of my garage, but they also forced me to pay 100% of my rent by myself after my room mate just up and left. Thank you for giving us your feedback. I'm happy to clarify some of the concerns you mentioned. Our parking policy states that a vehicle may not be parked in resident parking without the proper permit. We have visitor parking spaces to accommodate any vehicles that do not have a valid permit. A lease agreement was signed stating that a certain dollar amount was owed in return to the rental of the apartment home that you were residing in. Looked for an apartment in the Denver area. Even though I didn't rent at Camden Caley but another Camden facility, the staff is great here! They take care about the facility and their customers. Great follow-up, very friendly when visiting, altogether a great experience to deal with.
We moved to Denver from Kentucky. Our moving truck arrived a week or so before we did, and we had a moving company unload it into our apartment. The staff at Camden Caley was wonderful in helping us coordinate the drop off and unloading process, and even gave us email updates throughout the day to let us know everything was going smoothly. I work for Camden and once lived there too! Camden Caley is a gorgeous community tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. Very well maintained as well!
