I relocated from 1660 Peachtree in Midtown to Camden Buckhead Square in February 2020. Having lived here for three months, I don't even know where to begin with why this property feels like paradise. Between my chic apartment, my fabulous view, high quality amenities, competent staff with a can-do attitude, easy access to public transit, and being located in the heart of Buckhead, Camden has most assuredly earned every bit of accolade that I'm giving.
Wow. I moved to Camden about two weeks ago and have nothing but amazing things to say. All of my service requests were completed immediately. Fhanillia helped us with our lease and I haven’t seen her until when I walked into the office today she greeted me, remembered me and my family and made Camden feel like home. Came to look at an apartment at buckhead square and was amazed! The leasing team was busy but the maintenance supervisor Price(?) was able to give me a quick tour of the amenities and even showed me a unit! He directed me to the website, I will for sure lease here when my current lease is up!
I have been living in Camden property close to an year, It is hands down one the best place to stay in and around bulkhead. Property front office Grant, Emily, Sam is extremely helpful and always energetic to answer your questions. Any Maintenance activity is quickly taken into account and resolved quickly. Parking and security is awesome. Lounge area is good time break out place and pool and BBQ is well maintained. Entire property is rigged with cameras which extra feel of security. Whole Property is well maintained.
This is literally the worst place you could live at for this price point. I warn anyone who considers this place as an option.
This is my 6 month HONEST review of Camden, in Buckhead ATL, GA. When I first visited the property I dealt mainly with Lindsay and Grant. Lindsay is truly what sold me moving to this apt. complex. I have lived at Camden Buckhead Square for over a year now and have loved it- I just recently transferred to a new unit (which is amazing) and Noe & Grant made the move so easy! I was actually on vacation during the time of my move & I came home to find everything had gone perfectly! Thank you both and the whole CBS team 😀
